| Matt Sindlinger:
After graduating from Malone College in 1997 he turned professional and competed on the Tornado Tour for 5 years. Matt has been a professional for 14 years and has given numerous lessons in those years. Riceland Golf Course has been his “home away from home” as he has been there since September 1997. He worked with the Riceland Golf Course Junior Golf Program even while he was in college; this is where his love of teaching and giving back to the game all started. He currently teaches golfers of all ages and of all skill levels ranging from scratch golfers to the beginner. He has coached at Mount Union College where he was the head women’s golf coach from 2004 – 2005. Matt is now the teaching professional and assistant to the men’s golf team at Mount Union College. In his 6 years coaching and working with the team they have accumulated two conference titles, two national championship appearances and two All – Americans. He has coached several accomplished collegiate golfers. Several of his students have since turned professional to continue their playing careers. Many of his students have also become some of the best area golfers and competed in many summer tournaments finishing well.
